Compared with the high-end Chinese restaurant at the same price, the Kowloon area is inherently insufficient, and it is not easy to maintain the standard. 開業廿年仍保持高質食物，服務，環境。雖然有歲月痕跡，整體體驗優良舒適，員工招呼留心全程照料，相比起同價位的高級中菜廳，身處九龍區已經先天上比較不足，仍一直傳承保持水準，實在不容易。

You are not coming here for the dim sum.. just the atmosphere. None of the dim sum really stand out. I’d expect more from a 3 Michelin star restaurant.

Located inside the Langham Hotel, the T'ang Court is 1 of the 3 Three Michelin- starred restaurants for Chinese and Cantonese crusine in Hong Kong. The signature crab shell and dim sum are done well. The service was average as it’s under staff during the time we checked in 11am To 12pm. One waiter was asked to serve many tables at one go. The price did not match with the service.
