Great view of victoria harbor. service was great! but courts are not so exciting.

The vibe, the view and service is great. But the food is just average. And there was a loud diner sitting behind us destroying the vibe of romance.

This restaurant used to be called Spoon , which was a prominent restaurant in serving contemporary cuisine. I was here a while back and found it quite amusing....
