This restaurant is fantastic, offering high quality food and a beautiful window view. The service is excellent and the lunch menu, which includes a main course, set appetizer, and buffet, is reasonably priced (HK$250~280).

Service is good, the food quality is ok, but the part is small for lunch, only enough for ladies. Harlan has an excellent view with a cool atmosphere. Enjoy it very much when you eat here.

This restaurant offers a beautiful view of the harbor, which is its main attraction. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch set with my family. The tables overlooking the harbor create a pleasant atmosphere for dining.
