All the vegan confectionery makes cakes like nothing you've ever seen. I had a slice of strawberry rollcake that was pure perfection, and a chocolate chili cake with chestnut cream, frosted with purple sweet potato mousse I have not even words to describe it! The place is a bit hard to find, it is on one of the basement floors of the K11 Mall (which is huge) and you need to go a mini escalator to get there. It's worth it, too.

That was just so wonderful. It was light and full of taste and the combination of flavors is excellent. I found the only part very satisfied. Appears to be standard ish price point for good quality vegan desserts in HK. You have a small stand (bit tricky to find them) in K 11 Musea, with a few seats to enjoy what you buy. It was cool seeing desserts that were not as sweet that appealed to an Asian audience and sweeter and richer ones appealing to Western audiences. The chocolate cake was incredible and one of the best vegan chocolate cakes I’ve ever had; it was very rich and intense chocolate (appealing to Western audience). It’s a bit hard to find; you need to go up the small escalator and turn right. It’s a small stand, and there’s one table for seating. They don’t use refined sugar and their cakes aren't excessively sweet. They use natural ingredients creating lots of healthy and light options. Many are not sweet at all, which is great. The hojicha (a special Japanese green tea) roll cake is a must try. Updated from previous review on 2023-11-02
