The quiet day surprising today. the girl of bachok who served us was very friendly. she was masked, so we don't know how she really looked.

Always overcrowded and many people are silent here, although it is not peak hours. so tired queuing. can you please add more gelder to treat overcrowded customers? by the way, eating is nice and I like it

Good service. Quite crowded when school holidays. Taste good like other KFC restaurants. You can find it at the ground floor of the KB Mall

Received a little bit of shocker at the restaurant earlier today the piece of chicken was so small! I ordered two white BBQ combo to dine in with my Dad, and a chicken with rice combo to go for my boy, and the pieces of chicken we received were disturbingly minute, especially for the chicken and rice combo. The staff were nice though despite the busy hour, but the management should pay more attention to the core reason why people come to this joint their chicken!

Bad and slow service. I wait for 15 mins. There were about 15 customers. But only 2 cashier counter were open and only two workers who do everything include cashier and packer.
