I would have liked to do a review of the food, but unfortunately we didn't even get that far. Half an hour after our order we discovered that it had not reached the kitchen. 20 minutes after the 2nd order it turned out that the ribs were gone, so we would have to wait a considerable amount of time. Since we were with children, we got up and drove to the chip shop. The manager announced it at unfortunate timing, but it is clear that the organization is lacking. 6:15 PM inside, 7:30 PM starter, 8:30 PM main course! Experienced the same thing 3 years ago at the beginning of Covid! Now 3 years later we gave it another chance... And yes! We will NEVER go back. Bazin accepts everyone who calls, but the kitchen simply CANNOT follow suit. If you get the wrong sauce, etc., the boss won 't apologize, but you will get an excuse.... Yes, the student worker had passed it on incorrectly! Take responsibility and do something with the customer who expresses his dissatisfaction! And why are 'well-known customers ' given priority? Table of 2 gentlemen, entered after us, food on the table in just under 30 minutes and back outside after 1h15! Although the food is tasty, I won 't go back!
