We were seated outside, and I had to awkwardly eat my sandwich with utensils I had brought from home, without even receiving a plate. I later spoke to a different staff member and explained that I have mouth and neck cancer, which makes eating difficult. She was very kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. Negative experiences like this stick with you, especially when you’re already facing challenges to your self-confidence. If the staff can't be polite to customers, they shouldn't be working in a service position.

This charming little bakery offers delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. However, the coffee is just average. They have an impressive variety of items and open early, which is a huge plus. It also has a very family-friendly vibe.
