Pizza House Penzion - Konska

The pizza restaurant should reevaluate their delivery options. I was disappointed not only in the accessibility of the restaurant, but also in the quality of the pizza itself. My first order was forgotten, and after approximately 90 minutes, I had to remind them. I was initially told that the pizza would be delivered within 40 minutes, but once again I had to remind them and the delivery ended up taking almost two hours. Furthermore, the pizza was very poor quality. The dough was undercooked and the pizza itself was cold. I understand that weekends can be busy, but the restaurant should provide advance warning on their website, and be easily reachable by phone rather than relying on customers to remind them. I also suggest that the restaurant ensure that the pizzas are made correctly before offering them to customers.

The pizza at this restaurant was deliciously homemade, with quality crafted by the skilled hands of the chef, who clearly puts love and passion into making these dishes. This small place is truly somewhere I would love to return to when it opens again. Thumbs up!
