The food was excellent. We ordered the Saimin noodles with Hawaiian chili and the local street-style noodles. The Saimin was good, but I think I preferred the ramen. My husband really enjoyed the fried noodle plate. I’m giving them 4 stars because they advertise opening at midnight, but when we arrived at 12:30 a.m., they were still closed, forcing us to make other plans. When we returned at 2:30 a.m., they were finally open. I can understand a slight delay in opening, but 30 minutes seems a bit excessive.
Everything was delicious! I would love to try everything on the menu because I believe it's all equally good! The noodles are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful! I had a hard time choosing between two dishes, and even though they were busy, they kindly offered us a small sample of the dish I didn't order. Thank you for that!
An absolute must when in Kaua’i!! My husband and I were so excited to try these noodles after seeing the food truck and not disappointing them! Annie, the owner was so friendly and served mouthwater. We had the rams, the bowl and the local noodles. Each dish was amazed above all the severity for the Cha Shiu scarf and the broth for the rams!! Officially obsessed and cannot wait to come back!
Incredibly flavorful, must visit if staying near Koloa!
