Halais Dum Biryani - Kollam

I recently tried the Ghee rice and chicken roast at this restaurant. There was a large crowd even after 3 o'clock, which I believe is due to the restaurant's popularity. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided good service. As someone from a different city, I didn't find the food exceptional but it was decent. I have heard great reviews about this place from locals, though.

This restaurant is one of the top spots in town for exceptional service and delicious food. I have never been disappointed, not even once. Their specialty is their flavorful biriyanis and perfectly grilled items.

This is the 2nd visit for the taste of eating. but this time I was more impressed by the real approach of management to win the customers. good people. this place and the team must be promoted.

The skinny waiter offers very unsatisfactory service and attitude. He is trying to shift all the blame onto his coworker.
