I ordered the Chinese non-vegetarian dumplings. They were deliciously filled with a perfect amount of flavorful sauces, creating a delightful aroma. The noodles were hot and tasty, complemented well by the sweet and tangy sauce on the dumplings.
I was searching for a restaurant that served Chinese food and stumbled upon this small establishment. It is located diagonally across from the Shishu Mangal hospital on Sarat Bose street. The interior is beautifully decorated. I ordered chicken from the menu, which was not exactly like traditional Han, but still tasted delicious. The wok street drums were also quite good. For the main course, we ordered burnt garlic, Cantonese noodles, and Siracha sauce. All of the dishes were equally delicious. In conclusion, I really enjoyed my experience at this place. I would definitely recommend it to others and will be returning next time.
Having heard so much about Kolkata cuisine, it is clear that Bengalis are true food lovers. The food was excellent, the flavors amazing, and there was no limit to the quantity. I will certainly return when I am in town.
