The Country House - Kolkata

This cafe is located in the heart of Elgin. A wonderfully crafted decoration and equally amazing menu. There is a wide choice of food one can select from. The quality of food is extremely good. It is a perfect place to spend a cosy evening. I would recommend to visit Country House during weekdays which would save you from the usual crowd and you can peacefully enjoy your meal. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The ambience is admirable.

I totally loved this place. The ambience is amazing, food is cheap, also had a chat with the owner ,he is an amazing guy with a great hospitality gesture. Its a good hangout place for friends, though i mostly saw couples over there. This place has some great spots where you can take amazing photos. I really liked the sizzlers, the watermelon basil signature drink was great .

One of the most sought after place with loads of decency great fooding menu and a perfect ambiance. The overall magnificence of the place sparks a different aura altogether. Coffee and food are perhaps the best. The dim light beautiful atmosphere and neatness is what I like in this cafe. Staffs are well known as I have visited so many time. Out of 5 would provide 4.5 to this cafe.

Great place, ambiance, staff, food and overall hospitality! The old Calcutta vibe is well maintained through the interior decor, and the food is very fresh and delicious too! Loved their Sri Lankan coffee as well (cinnamon coffee) and enjoyed the overall breakfast experience.

Beautiful setting, situated in an ideal place to go out with friends or go on a date. The place itself is very aesthetic and has good spots to take insta worthy pictures. The pancakes were so fluffy, it comes with either maple syrup or chocolate syrup. Pair it with a refreshing mocktail to cut out the sweetness.
