Amazing place it is! Their Kheema Pav is seriously a must try. I can eat it without any Pav or Bread. Just too good, made in Pari-Spices. It was so worth to find the restaurant in Mumbai and experiencing their food. Very well maintained and knows how to do business.The food was good but what I liked more is their hospitality. The owner went to the customers and asked them if they were enjoying the food everything is fine and if we have any complains. They take feedback very seriously and act on it immediately.. The place gives you a feeling of an old coffee shop and it's full of hustle -bustle. It's very easy to find. we had visited in morning so there was good parking space on an weekend

Amazing place which is 113 years old. Clicking photos and videos is restricted here. We get amazing bun maska and Irani chai here. Ambience is very nice. Old architecture and ambience is preserved. Very good place to spend time with family as well as friends. Bombay folks should explore such places. We also get Parsi food here(bland food). Very very old restro graded 3, which means it was the 3 star hotel in the olden days. Do visit and enjoy the ancient Ambience.

A very old and authentic cafe in Mumbai which still maintaining their old charm

Extremely affordable and love for nonveg lovers. This irani cafe is full with family and friends and they serve too good bun and maska bun that's their old known names). We had thousands of dishes and bill was just Rs. 1300. Amazing

Kyani and Co which is one the oldest restaurant in entire Mumbai. it started in the year of 1904. It is very famous restaurant. This place is always crowded. we need to wait for table. Mutton keema fry pav is very famous here. I had Mutton Keema fry and chicken sali boti, Mutton Nargis kebabs. Chicken cheese samosa. cherry custard, Caremal custard, Rose falooda and hot cross bun muska. Tase of the all items were great except rose falooda.
