I can say one thing: they have the cheapest beer in glass at Черная Гора and Белая Скала! It’s the best price along the entire coastline in the cafes of Koktebel! It’s also very nice to relax on the second floor! The owners are friendly and sociable!

For the most delicious kebabs, this is the place to go!

Regarding the 6% service charge, we usually expect a heads-up about this as soon as guests are seated. For us, it’s not a major issue since we always leave a tip, but I find it inappropriate to just hand over the bill with a handwritten note indicating an additional 6%.
