Red Lobster - Kokomo

No clean silverware on Sat at 5:30pm. Server Sat the appetizer on the table where it sat 15 mins before we were brought plastic silverware. I had to ask 3x for proper silverware to eat steak and crab legs. Other servers did our servers job while she was flustered from them doing so. Horrible experience on a Saturday evening. BRING SILVERWARE if you want to eat here!

We waited for 45 minutes to get a table, but after we were seated, the service was great. The food was amazing, but it was also very expensive.

We had some issues with our order but I just came here to give kudos to Manager Danny. Super helpful to help get stuff fixed, listens to feedback and actually gets it! Understands people, very great to work with. Not afraid to pitch in with his servers and take orders deliver food etc. Leading from the front. Very pleased with the interaction despite small issues. We will return specifically because of Danny

We had a good time celebrating my sister’s birthday at Red Lobster. Our waitress Nicole was extremely kind and did a great job. All of the employees were kind and sang Happy Birthday to my sister. The food was delicious! We enjoyed our meal. The food was hot and delicious! The carpet needs replaced in the restaurant. It was horrendous to look at. Throughout the restaurant there are stains all over the place. It doesn’t look good for business. The men’s bathroom could use some work as well. There is a heater and caution sign under the sink that should be placed somewhere else if they are not being used. I take into consideration aesthetics and cleanliness when I give reviews. There needs to be some updates made to the restaurant.

Took my wife to dinner last night 2/18/2023 for our anniversary…BIG mistake! Our waitress was probably the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant PERIOD! Refills? Nah, more biscuits NONE after our initial seating, even when we asked for another basket. Our food? well it was warm at best. Needless to say we’ll wait for a long time before we darken red lobsters door again. $98 bill $8 cash tip and that was me being generous after the horrible 2hr experience we had. Take your wife/husband elsewhere for a special occasion.
