The decor is very nice and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. It seemed like they were fully staffed. I would take a detour to eat here again if I was passing through the area.
Get you a smoked old fashioned, best drink I've ever had, and every single item on the menu is perfect every time. I go here a lot, and I used to work for them back in the day and I guarantee it's the cleanest kitchen and restaurant in town. You literally can't go wrong here.
Both girls had to eat and leave Mickie behind because it was too cold – he wanted to take off, haha! We all started with the calamari for our appetizers, which was amazing. It came with a lovely outdoor bread coating and a side of marinara sauce. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which tasted great, though the angel hair pasta was a bit overcooked for my liking. Jessica had the Italian trio, which included chicken parmesan, lasagna, and chicken Alfredo. Her plate looked fantastic! Allyssa ordered the chicken and mushroom fettuccine, and the pasta was freshly cooked with an incredible sauce. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere inside, making for a relaxing meal. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures of the main courses, but I plan to edit that later. I think I’ll be back soon! This is a great spot for Italian food. The portions are generous, perfect for taking home leftovers, and the prices are reasonable, so you won't break the bank. We had a wonderful time!
I’ve never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The homemade meals are cooked with so much love! Some of my favorites include the breadsticks served with their infused olive oil (I like to add a bit of salt, pepper, and some grated Parmesan), the fresh house salad, the crab-stuffed tilapia, the spinach lasagna, and their Alfredo sauce. You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! The banana split cake and the hummingbird cake are absolutely delicious—moist, decadent, rich, and soft. Everything is fantastic!
I've never had a negative experience here. The homemade food is always hot and cooked with so much love! Some of my favorites include the breadsticks dipped in their infused olive oil (I like to sprinkle on a bit of salt, pepper, and some grated parmesan, too), the house salad, the crab-stuffed tilapia, the spinach lasagna, and their alfredo sauce; you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. And if you have room for dessert, definitely indulge! The banana split cake and hummingbird cake are absolutely delicious — moist, rich, and all the best qualities you could ask for.
