Papa Johns Pizza - Kokomo

I placed an online order and then received an email informing me that it was canceled because they were experiencing issues with their equipment. This is very frustrating. I won't be ordering from them again.

Whenever they call out an order, it is always given to someone who speaks a different language and is difficult to understand. Every time!

Horrible customer service. Pizza was cold, and when asked about it being cold, the employee said not my problem and waved me away. That employee should be let go for his lack of courtesy to a long time (35 yrs)customer.

We ordered 6 pizzas for Christmas. They were very good and ready on time.

Not only are they cheat on ingredients but also on customer service! Check your order before you leave on pick up. My advice is not to waste your time and money, go somewhere else...
