Mermaid Guest House - Koh Rong

We visited this restaurant for dinner twice. The prices are very affordable, with an amok/curry costing $3.5 and a salad priced at $2. Both dishes come with plenty of rice and the portions are generous, making it a good value for two people to share a main dish and a salad. During our first visit, we accidentally ordered two mains and a salad, resulting in three portions of rice. The smoothies are delicious and reasonably priced at $1. The family who runs the guest house and the volunteers are very welcoming. The only downside is that the restaurant is located a few meters away from the main beach area, but this also means there are plenty of open seats available. Fortunately, we were able to snag a prime spot with a beautiful view right by the water.
