Sawasdee - Koh Chang Ranong

Only came here for dinner. We liked the food even though the prices were a little more expensive than other places.

during my stay in koh chang I was here to eat quite a lot every day. really good quality of foods and baptisms from sweet. try it

large, modern wooden bungalows on a sandy platform with views of the full autumn of the bay. the bungalows are very nice, but they do not get the important little extras they would expect for the price. so that they see crack functions like no bed sheets, but a tiny deck. no electric water cooker, refrigerator etc. no free drinking water. breakfast not included. there is an electric wall fan: ha.! the rooms are wonderfully close to the beach and quite airy. a little walled up by the owners and this place could be perfect. the access to the pier is with motorcycle taxi and it is about 5.5km along a narrow (mainly) concrete railway. boot after ko phayam is the one from ranong and costs 350b. the sea on this bay is flat, warm and a bit muddy. there is a number (10) of chairs and roof terraces. current between 6 and 9 o'clock. it would have been nice if the hot water, if not the coffee, was free for the room. hw is 10b, coffee 35b. eating is ok, a bit expensive and small. beer is 110b for a large bottle. in the did they calculate the little extra for everything here. that is one of the most beautiful resort on this bay with its bungalows on the beach. mama is also beautiful, in a small bay with sunset view. beautiful walk along the beach to sunset bungalows over a small last with good eating and cheap beer. there is a small flow that crosses easily in the low reef, but not high reefs. that is a good island to cool, but there is not much to do on this island. it does not seem to offer a local presence boat trips etc. we were there at the end of november and most resorts were empty. in hindsight I have ko phayam very preferred.

the best resort on koh chang. beautiful bungalows in a very nice garden area. the restaurant in sawwiese is by far the best on the island.

I loved this place. it is so peaceful that there is no way, no wifi and hardly human. eating in sawtau was phenomenal! for a Thai island it was the best.
