Am Drachenbrunnen - Königswinter

We picked a frosty day to walk to Drachenfels. Stopped at this place to grab a quick bratwurst on broetchen, which was hot and tasty. Others around us were also having some hot chocolate, or pommes frites. The staff was very friendly and service was quick. We stood outside in the sun. I could see in warmer weather this would be a fun stop to sit outside for a bit on the way up or down. Still a nice stop and good food!

This snack is just a few minutes' walk from the Schloss Drachenburg. They offer typical snacks such as sausage and frits. You can also have some soft drinks, beer and ice cream. The beauty here is the outside seats. The garden is surrounded by trees, so it is actually beautiful.
