Pizzeria La Fornace - Köln

The place is located in the centre of Porz, a suburb of Cologne. You have a private parking lot, but also a parking lot on the street is possible. They have about 20 tables and the decoration is well made. The menu has all Italian dishes... you need. I had a pizza Quattro Stagioni, which was delicious with the house wine, a red from Sicily by the side. The service, most of them from Sicily, was very friendly.

Beautiful ambience but a bit on the cozy side for someone from North America. Restaurant offers Italian cuisine, but the pizza was everyone's choice and the pizzas were great.

We visited twice during our stay in Cologne. Good pizza at a very reasonable price. Something extra is with little warm bread as an appetizer and a nice little drink when you go. Recommended.

Seit Jahrzehnten wird das La Fornace in Porz betrieben. Mittlerweile in neuer Lokation. Wir besuchen das La Fornace seit Jahren und es gibt für uns in Porz keine Alternative. Sowohl die Pizzen als auch alle Pasta Gerichte sind lecker und immer frisch zubereitet. Sowohl der Hausherr als auch die Bedienungen sind allesamt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hoffen das dieses auch in den nächsten Jahren so bleibt. Hohes Lob an die Mannschaft.
