Khun Mae - Köln

For those who think about Thailand in the cold of January, there is a slight look: the team of Khun Mae at Kyffhäuser Str. in Cologne served with always friendly service very tasty dishes at fair prices. Calling and picking after 15 min goes big, have tried several times and are very satisfied.

I eat more often here. The prices are very good and the food also tastes. It can therefore only be very recommended.

3.5/5 STERNE Nette operation, interior construction somewhat came into the years, not very spacious, sometimes very fast at noon, waiting times relatively short, map overall adapted to the European palate, but nevertheless individuality. Prices are absolutely reasonable. The food is good, has never eaten badly here. There is a higher level than most competitors in the price class, dishes make a tasty, fresh impression, no processing with mass goods. It is difficult to dress the dishes super, duck with vegetables and rice class, not the best duck in the world, but for the price you cannot complain here, above the usual standard. Taste compositions very harmonious, Pad Thai very best what I ate in Cologne until dato (recommendation), fried noodles very good. Portions in most dishes very large, but not at all, my Bami Phad could have been a bit more lush. Qualitative is not everything on the same high standard... Bami Phad, as I said, rather lala. Chicken meat is okay. Spike and glass noodles supi but here and there is a certain something for the maximum. In principle, there is nothing bad here, but a few dishes are still out, while others are just fine. All in all absolute recommendation from me, in the price class of one of the best Asian shops in Cologne. Note: My review is based on more than 5 visits.

Khun Mae is a small Thai snack with a fine selection of Southeast Asian dishes. In any case fair and everything is prepared quickly and freshly. The staff (family company) is very friendly and also meets special requests on request, should exist allergies or the like. The one or other curry more on the map would be great, but also for the Khun Mae of me there are full 5 stars.

Everything is super fresh and delicious and the prices are more than fair!
