Kaizen - Köln

Had a melt in her mouth butterfish carpaccio (with truffle oil! and fried sushi rollers called volcano. both recommended by the amazing bartender there. make reservations as they are full.

Wow. here! was in a cold for a business trip and decided that I didn't want to eat typical German food, so sushi was a good one to go away. this restaurant is great! sushi super fresh and delicious, good, with very delicious butter fish. if they find themselves there, the drachenrolle cannot be missed. in any case they recommend this place. make them a reservation because it is not so big, but it is busy.

Much better than the average sushi place. nothing but fresh and high quality ingredients, served with a beautiful presentation. service was incredible, so attentive and accommodating. can't wait to revise.

It was a really good place! very delicious! I spent the half of my life eating good, authentic Japanese cuisine and I must say I was really happy to be introduced to kaizen. it's really high quality. the personal is also very friendly.
