I always try something new in the season menu. the portions are generous, so we divide in the rule the delicious supp of the day to ensure that we have space for one of the fresh desserts, also freshly made and simply sweet enough for us. besides the high quality organic wine we also enjoy the various combinations of fresh fruit and vegetables juice with seasonal variations. eating healthy has never tasted better, and an evening in the grunlilie is always a very special tasty for us.
The restaurant is very cozy furnished with a nice friendly atmosphere. we went to a meal and were greeted by smiling staff. the kitchen is half open so that they can see how the cook prepare their meal, I recommend the homemade pasta for those who feel a little less adventurous. the prices were average to high end (especially for the student location.)
Jump into a taxi or take the line 9 to weyertal and then a five minute walk to this restaurant in the suburb sulz in sw köln. the Greek-German owners are eager to please and serve very good veggie food to reasonable praise. unfortunately they don't speak English, but when we arrived there, after a call from our hotel concierge, they had put their menu through a translation and printed it for us! the other three tables were all occupied by local colners. two courses per person and a common dessert, three glasses wein and a bottle of water cost just under 100 euro for three of us. If they take back the tram, they will receive their ticket from convenience store on the right side just before the tram crossing. the best to get their hotel to get a reservation as closing times can be irritated when it is quiet.
