Some time ago this old fountain was brought to a fresh stand in the heart of Cologne and renovated. Now he is again a beautiful highlight when visiting the city with friends. It is located directly in front of the Cathedral and the Roncalliplatz on the side of the Hohen Straße. Surrounded by plants, the legend is illustrated with the curious tailor woman. Behind the well there is a brewhouse with outdoor gastronomy, so you can also rest a little and strengthen yourself and can still quench the thirst with celiac or lemonade. A little further is an ice salon with delicious ice cream and coffee.

You don't go to the brewhouse every day. Something for tourists, lovers of old and funny groups. The latter were probably: As a team trip we had booked a game event in which we should find and do more or less fun and embarrassing aUfgabe in the old town in teams and then, as a conclusion, eat here with a first Kölsch free house to teach the waiter that some people did not want alcohol, was difficult. The 100-year-old brewhouse is an upscale restaurant and has real flair. We didn't sit in the bell tower with 20 people, but with bell. The meat dishes also fell quite small on very small, as we had previously eaten cake in the office, no one starved, but had only made a big salad. For us it was 10€ p.p. as included in the event, otherwise 11 19 € per dish exclusive drinks. But for sitting, beer (or early sports with me and apple choir with the other non-driving kernels) you can really sit here and enjoy the flair or look at the tasks and laugh. Conclusion: No 100% recommendation, but for groups who like Urig, Carol and Brauhaus Flair.

The witch is distinguished by the fact that it is very crispy and I therefore choose this restaurant for a pigeon. I also consider the price of €16.90 to be reasonable. But even when it comes to a touri spot, the opinions are very different. Sometimes you don't meet so well. But if there is also a fair time and if you are looking for a larger group, you have to avoid a place like this. Very large, certainly very authentic. Eat well. Operation lame, unfriendly, unlusty. You have the impression that you think: these are only Touris, I never see them again, I don't need to try. But the main thing is, of course, the food and we were at least satisfied.
