Tapas i forskellige varianter. De tilbyder glutenfrit brød.
Super place very friendly staff but they were busy and you wait just long enough,
We visited this place in October 2022 hoping to spend some hygge time over a glass of good quality wine. The interior looked beautiful cozy and clean. Waiter, who I supposed is also an owner offered us a glass of cava while waiting for our friends. This was appreciated and very nice. Prices are okay, pricey but normal for Danish wine bars. We ordered one glass of water, one bottle of wine, and one tapas to share among the 5 of us to start with. We even asked whether it will be enough to share one or should we order more, and the waiter nodded his head. We got 3 bottles of water instead of one which we didn’t comment, wine we ordered had a screwing lid (which already is not up to standard in ANY wine bar in my opinion) and we got 5 tapas plates instead of 1. Waiter gave us the bottle to pour for ourselves, also not explaining anything about the wine to make it an experience. When we politely try to explain there must have been a misunderstanding in the order made and we even argued that that’s why we asked the question about the sharing, the waiter said: “Ah yeah, it must have been a mistake then, but well, now you HAVE TO eat it” and kept on serving saying he will make a better price. We were shocked by such reply. We let him as we were unable to find words and we didn’t want to make the scene, and ruin our evening. But we DID expect the significant price reduction since the owner himself agreed he didn’t grt our order correctly, and it was +4 people who had to pay for something they didn’t even order. In the end, 20% off was offered to us, because “it must have been good since we ate it” I personally had to give half of my portion to my friends, because I’m a vegetarian and would have never ordered such plate. Talking about the quality, the bread was dry and absolutely not home-made, olives were cheap and too salty. Didn’t taste like a good quality. Not to mention the taste-less wine without any spicy notes that should have been there due to the characteristics of the wine we ordered. Eventually we ended up settling on 30% discout for the tapas, which I still don’t find fair. I will never again go back to this place. One thing is human error, another is absolutely poor service and mishandling of the situation. No apology was given to us.
