Amazing typical Danish food, somewhat expensive price. The nasty waitress

This is the oldest restaurant in Copenhagen supposedly. Olde world rundown atmosphere but great. We enjoyed the food. Most of it is seafood but we had the other options. We were just walking by and came across it.

SO authentic, wonderfully old fashioned, cosy. Excellent service, really good food (as our mother hoped she would) and wonderful, central location. We'll be back there a lot

Was with train to the capital, especially Kastellet, and planned later lunch at Christianshavn’s Ferrykro, but the train organizer was a familiar with my friend, recommended Toldbod Bodega very hot, so we ended up there instead. It was not bad! Traditional Danish butter bread in all castings and really delicious. Especially the smoked needle was absolutely superb For beer from Thisted Bryggeri and snaps. And coffee, without having to order an Americano! Coffee is coffee and it was go'. The place is also really unique, with pictures, photos, posters etc. and a very interesting background, which was told by the staff and is also documented on the back of (the lunch menu. I had dinner when I came home! :

This was my first visit to Toldbod Bodega, but not the last. We ordered a classic plate with everything good in fish, meat and cheese, and I was not surprised by the rich serving. A rich meal at an affordable price. In addition to an old-style atmosphere in an old furnished local, a decor that still makes good sense for me.
