Taormina - Koebenhavn

Super cozy place at Østerbro in Copenhagen. Was taken good of sweet waiters. We different starters and main dishes. Everything was good tasted and tasted amazing. Can only be recommended.

I've come here for 30 years and I've never reviewed Taormina. This review is therefore the sum of all the experiences I have had. Always good food in cozy and impeccable surroundings.

Looking for a conveniently located Italian restaurant we booked a table at Taormina, slightly concerned about the middling reviews. While we didn't feel transported to Sicily, we enjoyed a well-prepared meal with good quality ingredients at a low price by Copenhagen standards and friendly service.

An authentic Italian pearl in the heart of Østerbro. Food was absolutely delicious and probably some of the best value for money places in Copenhagen. We got the Vitello Tonatto, Bruschetta, ravioli, truffle pasta and tiramisu and you could just tell the quality of every single ingredient was top! Prosecco was also really good. We had such a nice waiter (Italian student) who was very attentive yet gave us plenty of time to enjoy the delicious food. Weather was great, so we got a table outside in the small cozy backyard. Would recommend everyone to visit this place!
