The waitresses were lovely but they seemed a little overwhelmed as the restaurant was so full and there were only 2/3 of them. This meant sometimes there would be big gaps in between interaction (dirty plates being left at the table for 20+ minutes). Aside from this the food is great and it has a hidden gem vibe.
This is our 2nd time here. Last time was in September and we ate a late breakfast on the lovely terrace. This time we ate in the relaxed candlelit interior. Food is good, staff friendly and efficient, and it’s nice to find somewhere in Copenhagen with a good ambience and tasty dishes that isn’t trying to be Nomu. For the type of place it is (cosy, relaxed, decent food, nice atmosphere) it’s definitely 5 stars. It does what it sets out to do very well. We will certainly be back.
Cute restaurant, our waitress was friendly enough. The rest of my family ordered meals such as Caesar salad and burger but I just had chips which were a good portion size. All portions are generous. If you visit you need to try the basil mayo, really the star of the restaurant.
Super cosy place. Actually looking for it on an ‘off the beaten track’ walk around Osterbro. Very much ‘a local life’ feel to it and these are the best places. Bigger than it looks from the outside which has outside seating and fairy lights for cosy evenings. Inside its quite dark but in a way that makes you want to snuggle up with a book, hot drink and friends. The tables are lit up with candles and soothing, chilled out tracks play. Definitely recommend
Came for a Limonade and beer; it took ages, had to wave to get attention. Half of the outdoor tables were vacant. Asked if we should order at the bar, no, there was service at the table. Obviously the waitresses didn’t know that.
