Authentic and delicious food, we ordered the 8 step menu which was very coherent from start to finish. This place wasn't on the list of recommendations I had, which must be why they manage to maintain such warm and friendly service. It's a little pricey, but I was very satisfied.

The best food we had the pleasure of eating during our stay in Copenhagen. We tried everything on the menu (pork neck, tuna, stracciatella, padrons, mackerel, dessert) and everything was just fantastic! The wine list is also impressive. Topped with great warm service. We will definitely come to OMAR again!

Our friends from London pushed us to make the reservation (not needed as the vibe early was more wine bar/cafe…but the non-touristy one, it’s the one you wish were just down the street from your house). We went for the “8 course” and the 2 of us loved every item, only complaint was really a compliment… please leave the empty dishes longer so we can lick them clean! We are from Los Angeles and have been spoiled with great and new concepts all the time but this was both original and delicious, a great mix of tasters and unique dishes to the country without pushing to hard to try and wow us. Overall the quality, quantity and sauces/bases were all 5 stars and worthy of another scoop of bread to get the extra sauce. We were very happy to let the chef run with his recommendations and we were just in for the culinary ride. Last the wait staff were super friendly and being in from another country they really made us feel like regulars. Not easy but appreciated!

Absolutely stunning food. I was there with a big group of friends and we got the sharing menu, which I’d really recommend. Each course was surprising, memorable and unlike anything I’d ever had before.

Me and my friend booked this place late spontaneously, and it was unreal. It came to around 38 quid for a 8 course menu, but every course had such delicate and nuanced flavours it was so worth it. I have definitely had more grandiose and extravagant meals, but the quality of the food mixed with the chilled atmosphere and hip hop playing in the background; made it in my top 3 meals of all time!
