Good place for a lunch. However, the gates are sized at the bottom edge. On the other hand, there is much done by the presentation. The taste is very honest, and no parts are allowed to dominate the dishes. We experienced good service and ambiance, and the decor is in a class for itself.
Absolutely delicious ! We had a fabulous meal. The foid os delicious and unusual and the service is lovely. I hope to return. A special treat!

6-course menu degustation was simply amazing. It started with one of thechef 's signature dishes; caviar en surprise with lobster and jerusalem artichokes. What a luxurious start! Followed by another great creation, a scallop with marinated cucumber, kohlrabi, horseradish cream and dill. The third one was a langoustine with fennel, tomato, crispy rice and pontarlier bisque. This was absolutely the best bisque I have ever had. Ever. The fish main course was turbot with courgette, cockles, razor clams and mussel sauce. So delicious. The next was the filet of Danish summer roebuck arrived with beets, quince, blackcurrants and jus. So tender, juicy and full of taste. Another wow experience! The dinner ended with elegant and light rhubarb with hibiscus, vegan white chocolate and raspberry sorbet. Each course was a masterpiece and the entire menu well-composed. The wine pairing was great, great wines, except one of the whites which was too barrique for my taste. Great service and enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.
