Very yammy and delicious hot and cold drinks, snacks are good too, the general quality is not overlloked

Not much to dislike other than the prices but that's not the shops fault but rather those in Copenhagen. A nice tidy coffee shop with good quality drinks and snacks.

Came here on a Friday night during the Simple Minds Tivoli concert and I was glad to see that the bar was empty apart from one person who was collecting their drink from the counter. I stood by the beer taps and waited to be served. I was soon joined by two guys. After a couple of minutes waiting one staff member explained that we had to pay first and ushered us to the cash machine which was situated at one end of a large crescent shaped bar. So I went from being first in queue to being third. As I patiently waited I was joined by two women who skipped the queue and managed to get served just as the two men had placed their order. I was starting to get a little ticked off a this stage.The discussion between the women and the staff member of the size of their beer glasses didn 't help. Finally it was my turn. I was stood alone at the bar, in front of the staff member when a young couple walked over to the bar to look at a menu. Again the server totally ignored me and asked the young couple what they would like to order. To say that I was dumbfounded would be an understatement. The young woman replied that she hadn 't decided, but pointed at me and said this guy is before us anyway 20 minutes after arriving to an empty bar I got to sit down with my drink. After the effort of ordering the drink I had decided that I would leave when I was finished, but noticed that the server was replaced by another member of staff. I chanced my arm and joined the queue in a now full bar and managed to get served and back to the table within 5 minutes. In her defence she was probably nearing the end of a very busy shift, I had noticed that apart from the two staff behind the bar and another at the outdoor bar there didn 't seem to be anyone collecting glasses. But the fact that she blatantly ignored me was hard to understand. The indoor seating area opens out onto the patio. With the large doors open it was easy to hear the Friday concert. There is even a good view of one of the screens, so its a good option if the area is crowded with concert goers. The beer cost 45 ddk for 50cl which, considering we were in THE Copenhagen tourist trap, I thought was reasonable. Downstairs is a large floor to ceiling aquarium, a must for the kids visiting the gardens. I will go back again but hope to have a more attentive server next time.

My Fiancé and I visited at Christmas time and enjoyed a nice, reasonable priced (by Scandinavian standards) bottle of Champagne here at the end of our visit to the wonderful Tivoli gardens. The bar is clean and modern with a warm relaxed atmosphere.

Great coffe but very expensive, loved the hot chocolate, nice clean and tidy place would visit again
