I have lived a year in kopenhagen and examined almost all vegan options of the city (which are quite limited). the finer restaurants of the city offer in the regular a vegan option if they call in advance. in some of them the best is undoubtedly the best.

Not on menu but if you order a vegan tasting menu they will blow you out of the water it’s that good. They really care, and it shows. The service and overall ambiance are absolutely amazing.

Perfect atmosphere, cozy, food is tasty. Only small issues with service, some wine pairings were late, but it haven’t changed experience of the dinner. Bread serving something to remember, also liked scallop and young peas. Strongly recommend!
