Location is great Atmosphere is very Christmas y and cozy Food is top notch Complimentary high quality sparkling water in the room Sauna is great There is a massive lack of management at the property. It feels like there is no management and the only people working are waiters and waitresses, who all seem very young and inexperienced. Moreover most waiters are new and this leads to operational problems such as waiting 1.5h for your meal at dinner… Another challenge of having no mgmt is for example the complete lack of knowledge of the surrounding, ski paths etc… Finally our room was ok but 2 lights were not working and the walls were very thin we could hear our neighbours coughing and walking outisde in the corridor There is also no room service nor a mini bar… In short: great for a lunch and dinner if you have time (2 3h). Ok for one night but if you stay longer I would go somewhere else until a manager is hired

This review is for the restaurant. It is the most authentic and most interesting dining experience I had in Sweden so far, apart from the sea food. The restaurant is focused on the northern and wild sourced food, such as reindeer, moose, grouse, rowanberry, cloudberry and alike, and I believe that some of these cannot be found elsewhere. The interior is rustic, wooden, with traditional paintings on walls and furniture, and plenty of wooden, hunt and life in the North items, overall extremely cozy and interesting.

Atmosphere is great! Food is really good. Service could be improved.

We booked two rooms the same day of arrival. A bit disappointing when we noticed there wasn't any hot water available. For us it was one one of the top things we looked forward to, a hot shower after riding our motorcycles all day in rain. And the worst part, we never got any reimbursement, nothing. We were told to call during business hours as the manager wasn't there during weekends. We did call but we're met by rudeness and denial. It was a good hotel overall, food was good, but how they handled this matter is quite surprising, we're quite shocked actually. Regarding your reply, no we never got any discount on our stay as we agreed to call the manager the day after, to discuss a reasonable compensation. In the end the answer we got... you thought that we got a good price when booking, so that should make up for the hot water, its quite hilarious.

Amazing place, good service, AMAZING food. anything on the meny WILL be amazing For you and Your kids. the meatballs is perfect for Your kids Guaranteed (Coming from a 14Year old boy) not to mention the room, cleaned, fixed Cheets, new towels, EVERY DAY. And I have a huge Cruss on one of the waitreses, she looks like Madeleine Cline , Here with my whole family tree. A lot of nice liqour for you oldys oh and expect Your kids talking about wi-fi the Connection isint that great, but that dont matter when u have to get upp at 7.30 to get breakfast and sleep very soon. Är nog bättre en många äldre på engelska märkte jag nu 5 10/10 100% bästa upplevelsen Jag har haft.
