Oven Story Pizza - Kochi

The delivery lasted more than 2 hours when it was ordered on zomato because they use their own delivery service that is completely dysfunctional. had to cancel the order at the end after so long waiting period. the restaurant called again and the person simply asked what was ordered so that he could knock it out of his list without an apology.

Extremely bad quality. not even worth a review. but google doesn't let me post this until I click on the minimum of a star please don't order here and wasted a lot of ordering a double burst cheese pizza and ended up with the yuuukiest je pizza uncooked pizza and what I could not cook from the customer care when I had a complaining was sad to knit my child that I couldn't cook

If the planning to frm here .go before...coz once u order they will supply food as they may wish in a day or 2. and if u r luck enough ull will not get the pizza and they will mark the order a delivered. wonderful customer service. how customers we can spend our hours with custoner service for refund

Very bad experience with history. I had to order a pizza at 12.45 a.m. and had not even ordered the order at 2.30 a.m. that is absolutely disappointing. the supplier was not even in contact with me. ask their suppliers to contact the customers when they come too late. Finally, I had to cancel the order because the restaurant did not pick up. will never be ordered from this place!

Dropped by their kitchen and they said only online orders are accepted. Downloaded the app right there as advised by the staff and unfortunately no pizzas were available to order. All this on a Sunday late afternoon. And what’s surprising was unhygienic surroundings, the stairways to their first floor kitchen itself is kind of stairs to hell with all filth around. However, I’m not sure if the kitchen is well maintained or it’s the same story as you see outside. Edit: As you asked order number and mobile number, please note I didn’t place an order as none of the pizzas were available to order on the app. Had it been listed, still I doubt if I would have ordered as I wasn’t comfortable seeing the surroundings as I stated in my review. The stairs to first floor where you have the kitchen was filthy. Please ensure hygiene and I’m one of regular customers of ovenstory in Bangalore.
