Ram Nivas - Kochi (Cochin)

My first step in ernakulam and when I came out of the station, my eyes were on the hunt after a proper place to have my brekkie. this place is located directly opposite the station and I was drawn at its place through the aroma.The place looks like any other ordinary restaurant with limited seat and the noises of the plates moved around tables. after a plate of appam with kadala curry for the first round. it was hot, soft and fluffy all around; the curry made a better couple than the chutneys for the plate.Next up was puttu with curry; typical Keralan sprinklers, rich and went well with the dry beans. we also went to the masala dosa to fill our dumb ones. all the dishes were complete S.Indian and the price was also rational. to sign the meal was the chai that tasted quite differently (yes had the kerala signature kick in it).

In the late evening there on the way to the train station. great eating at a very low price. an excellent choice for those who have vegetarian cuisine at very low price.
