Were today as a family in beautiful koblenz in vapiano. relatiw large local with quite loud music, but nice furnishings. the concept is designed for self-service, only unfortunately there are for pizza, pasta/risotto, salad and coffee different switches. ergo is spent almost all his time standing (pasta is prepared before the eyes "fresh". that gets pretty much any fast food chain better. the junior then decides for pizza or noodles, the whole fun goes on another queue. all the nudel portions are packed for the gast aesthetically into individual packaging- which produces an incredible mountain at müll.We had pizza and risotto and all dishes were tastefully unsatisfactory. pizza was quite tasteless, the risotto was totally overwürzted and one tasted mainly the white wine. to ask if he could cut the pizza again, the answer "is already cut, then take a knife." (they were missing in all cutlery boxes by the way).Fairly: the dame at the cash register has very friendly and reacted with a rabatt on our complaining.But our unanimously concluded: never again. there is even one star much too much and since vapiano is a chain, I cannot imagine it is different in another filiale.
