Hito Coffee Beans - Kobe-Shi, Chuo-Ku

It is a shop of self-roasted coffee and roll cake that produces carefully brewed coffee with a full hot-air roasting machine. My husband and wife love coffee. There are coffee beans that I bought from my husband and wife. The taste changes depending on the aroma of roasting. It is delicious even if it is cold. We also recommend handmade tatanka roll cake!

Decent place for coffee, take home beans were not great and overpriced. They open at 11AM which is too late for my preferences and I wish they'd accept credit cards. Also got attitude from the owner when I had ordered take out but needed a minute longer in the store to wait for my friend. Won't go back. It seems like they don't really want business.

If you want a good cup of coffee, this is the place to go. They have a wide variety of coffees to choose from, and they roast all the beans themselves. The atmosphere is unique for Japan as well. It resembles a log cabin with Native American cultural decorations. It's a little out of the way from any main stations, but the number 7 bus stops right outside the coffee shop. If you have any interest in a good cup of coffee, try this place out!

(2022/9/30一部更新 不定期でお休みされてる時があるので、インスタなどご確認のうえ行ってくださいまし！ 店内狭めでイメージ統一されていて、目には優しいけど意外とそこら中に小さなメニューがあって、情報量多め 読むのがたのしい トースト、塩気欲しい時に満足できる感じ サクフワで美味しい ロールケーキにウマ？の足跡形のクッキーが乗ってて心踊る これが美味しい クッキーだけでもいい でもロールケーキがまた美味しい、こりゃ大変だ しつこすぎず、物足りなくもなく、コーヒーに合う〜〜〜〜〜〜！ コーヒーは当然美味しいです　母なる大地ブレンドはまさしく母性と大地のどっしりした感じと柔らかい香りがして大好きです　他のブレンドも試そうと思ってもつい大地ブレンドを注文してしまいます… 店内は撮影禁止なので間取りだけ (2022/9/28追記:手元の注文したものなどは撮影して良いみたいです！ 入って右手に物販 その向かいは丸椅子二脚 進んで右手にレジ、左手に席 ひきこもりが好きそうなスミッコ席は角テーブルに向かい合わせ背凭れ付椅子二脚 カウンター席は固定されてる丸椅子が4席 長テーブルに向かい合わせで長椅子と背凭れ付椅子二脚 お手洗いは男女共用 その横にドアありますが一応出入り出来ない仕様、ご注意を 二階もある様子だけど立ち入り禁止 立地が立地なので来にくくはあるけど、出来ることならぜひリピーターになりたいお店

お店の雰囲気がとにかく最高でした！ もちろんコーヒーもおいしいので近くにあるお店だったらいつも行ってしまいそうです。 また神戸に行ったら絶対行きたいお店です
