Beautiful breakfast. I loved it! not expensive and really good service. they have to go here when they're close.

The Hofwirt restaurant is located next to the abtei of seckau and offers a nice place to lunch before exploring the village. we had large mushroom dishes suitable for the season and the venison main was perfectly cooked. the farmer has a load around. the back that is worth exploring or stopping a coffee.

The hotel alone is a must to see. the rooms are breathtaking with a lot of history behind. the restaurant ambiente is qhat, according to which I was looking for in such a historic place with great eating and super service. well done.

Directly next to the abbey of seckau you will find the restaurant “The Farmer”. the building was beautifully renovated. the ambiente in restaurant has no equal. with style and love this restaurant was set up and we immediately felt comfortable. the service personnel wears taditional clothing. all staff are very friendly and efficient with a little humor. only great thought we found a secret again. the recommended red wine from Austria was really great. unfortunately, the food was served. all the suppenants ordered were too salty. in my opinion, the cook has been standing on the heart several times a long time and has not seasoned before the service. before lunch we took a short tour through the region and discovered a herd farm on a small hill near the restaurant “Der Hofwirt”. we have used this as an opportunity to experience the brain saddle offered on the menu. also this court was a total bill. the saddle was cut into small pieces and completely overcooked. the soße is indefinite. the supplements tasteless. the presentation of the food corresponded to the level of a poor kitchen of the poor. the recommended local speciality (smooth meat) was tastless. the rider is not fresh and the potatoes with a bad taste. all main dishes were not hot. we have dispensed with thanks to the dessert. visited this place perhaps for a drink or a glass of wine. a really nice restaurant – hopefully the owner finds a way to change the kitchen because it is a scandal to serve at this level, especially if they find qualitatiw high quality products in this region.
