Hyōtan Sannomiya - Kobe

It's not often me a 5, but for Gyozas, and atmosphere, this place has everything. Okay, there'll probably be a waiting time. The place holds only 25 people, and even that you need to be friendly with your neighbor, but waiting is worth it. The gyoza are hot and fresh and full of taste. The staff is friendly and helpful. Regarding the atmosphere, the walls and fittings tell stories about 57 years of experience. It's hard to find, but Google Maps is your friend. Enjoy

My favorite gyoza shop!! Large gyoza with the usual sauce plus another misery to mix with it or on the side that is its speciality. Have cold beer. Simple, but brilliant.

Delicious Gyoza with an original dip sauce. They only serve Gyoza and beer here, but well worth a visit. Great beer food.

It really narrow place and many times really crowded. It's not so clean and the kitchen is a little bit messy but the Food is really delicious and well prepared. I suggest you this place if you are looking for a place where you can eat Dumplings and drink a Beer.

This gyoza restaurant is really famous but I found it to pretty normal. As they stress on the sign on the door they only sell gyoza: no rice!!! I waited a while for a seat and then waited ages for my 2 servings of gyoza. You would think that as they only sell one dish they would be served much faster. I have heard that the Motomachi branch is better.
