La Taverna - Ko Kaeo

Located in the marina, where you'd expect sky high pricing, but has quite reasonable pricing. The menu is primarily Otalian. A nice outside terrace, attentive staff. It bills itself as a wine bar, but ordering a glass of red wine, you are served cheap refrigerated wine, no other options at a cheap price). It would be nice if they also offered something higher quality for those who don't mind paying a bit more.

Ceasar salad ingredients were old, eating the chicken felt like chewing leather. The salmon was also not quite fresh and felt it had been cooked a while ago and then reheated. Both the salmon and the pasta order were -extremly- salty. It felt like all this added salt had to be there to mask the lack of freshness. Some restaurants have great value for the price, this one is quite the opposite.

Very beautiful place. Best live music on the island. Love it.

Good food, very convenience location. Located in Boat Lagoon Complex. Nice traditional Italian food, not too crowed. Very fair price. This month promotion is really cool. (3/2021) Recommend for anyone who love to sit and enjoy nice pasta and pizza.

Had a delicious lunch with my husband here. We had caprese and prawns for starters, followed by pizza and ham mushroom tagliatelle. The food was delicious and the service was great. We’ll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
