Debonairs - Knysna

Positiw: excellent pizza, good location on the main street and in the city center. pizza is hot and tasty, friendly staff. negatiw: sitting are little and not good (internal space is small and overcrowded, and outside [3 tables] is below average,) no bags available in this restorer. the building of this restorer needs upgrade to the same level as other steers/debonairs pizza in other cities.

The average Debonairs is not great. The staff is friendly, but it's not my go-to place for pizza. We usually prefer wood-fired pizza, but we ordered from here for delivery because it was free. We got a pizza that was half four seasons and half three cheeses.

The restaurant prepares their pizza dough from scratch, resulting in a slow service for takeout orders with a waiting time of 30 minutes or more. On the positive side, they stay open until 9 o'clock, which is convenient for late diners.

Absolutely PATHETIC! DELIVERY took 2+ hours. No feedback whatsoever. I had to phone the store multiple times, as to where they cannot find my order, BUT the help desk gets it on the system in a click. Eventually phones me to tell me they are on the way, I must wait outside. Been waiting 20min after the call, and the debonairs is exactly 900m away from me, according to google maps. Will never in my life make use of this branch again! Stores like these are the reason why people dont support Debonairs!!!!

Waited 35 minutes for my order. The base and some of the ingredients ie onions were still raw. The Shift Manager was just sitting there at the front counter, doing nothing. Poor, poor, poor no value for money.
