Hardee's - Knoxville

The people in there is very respectful but the in side and drink machine need to be updated

Very unprofessional, profanity being yelled by employees, employees glued to their phones, sticky filthy floors, dirty tables. If a place is going to be empty it can at least be clean, and very slow service.

Paid over $10 for 5 tenders and they only gave me 3. To their credit, they gave me the missing two when I went back in, but they just put them in the old box which doesn't really seem sanitary. I feel like when I've worked food service we weren't allowed to let anything handed to customers come back to the kitchen.

Really disappointed. Service had improved a lot from previous experience. Today the employee asked me to pull up, not sure why as there was no one behind me. I pulled into the first parking spot and waited about 5 minutes. Employee brought me my food and stopped about 3 feet from my car and tried to hand me my food. I explained I could not reach and she gave me a dirty look and walked closer and gave me my food. I thanked her and left. Burger was gross, had some type of chemical taste. Soda had no syrup in it, all carbonation. Fries were ok but lots of tiny pieces no real fries.

The people were nice but the floor was so sticky it was gross. Also took forever to get a milkshake and we were the only people inside.
