I can't put in words how terrible customer service was. I have said eating wrongly that I have told them the order wrong! waits one because until they order to correct our third visit in the Rule great will not come back

The restaurant was closed so that we had to eat in the flea mouse that showed football on every screen, not the atmosphere I was looking for when I had booked a relaxing break for me and my daughter.

Excellent food and presentation. the employees provide an excellent service.

Got order wrong. One meal instead of 4 arrived. Wasn’t hot- taco’s . Air con on and was freezing

Since the Sunday set meal has been changed from Carvery in the restaurant to a set meal in the bar it’s dropped in value for money. It was very noisy, kids running around dipping fingers in the food left out, there were drunk adults swearing. The choices of food, including starters and desserts was not up to the usual standard as when was in the restaurant on the set menu. Breakfast pastries passed off as desserts. The only part that was pleasant was the staff were lovely and friendly.
