Had av lovely weekend at the newly opened hotel. Food in the restaurant was locally produced and very nice. I loved how they used for example fresh nettles and crispy asparagus in the various dishes. The hotel is very nice where you really can tell that the owners had focus on every little detail. Now, the art exhibition indoors is small, yet nice with a small store full of expensive design items. Buy one or a small car is up to you ; . Even though we really enjoyed everything so far I've saved the best for last: the beautiful park with all its art. It's hard to describe, it's something you need to see with your own eyes. Great food, 4 course Easter meal. Very well executed, flavours on point and nice selection of beer from local brewery and also decent wines. Coffee and cakes are also available. Cosy logfire, helpful and friendly service. A good choice for a bite. Oh, and they serve their own produce of soft ice cream fresh off the farm!
Excellent and super tasty organic food experience in an amazing enviroment, full of art and Nordic design. Warmhearted service and stunning head chef Linus (precious Brat in London) serves delicious real food. Must visit
