Kafe- 3 Kvartal - Klintsy

There were no strong impressions of this place, nor any significant negative emotions—just a small surprise regarding the service and the unique approach to guests. We waited about a minute for the menu, then went to the bar ourselves, only to wait another half hour for a waiter to take our order. Eventually, we decided to leave, dressed and ready to go. We had wanted to enjoy a meal and join in the New Year celebrations in a small group. The other patrons were just three guys at the bar who were clearly busy with the staff, while we were left feeling hungry and staring at the chef, who seemed to anticipate our food choices. I don't know who the manager is, but I suggest interviewing the staff. I do not want to visit again and would not recommend this place. Moreover, there are plenty of other exciting options in our city.

This place is just a disaster. There’s probably no worse establishment in our city, even when it comes to late-night disturbances. The whole neighborhood couldn’t sleep for days due to the noise, and I lost count of how many times the police were called. I don't understand how this place could remain open right under the noses of the city officials and police. The owner of this establishment just doesn’t seem to realize that there are people living nearby.

It's delicious, and the atmosphere is exceptional.
