Shared a calamari (best in the GTA) then I had the steak( perfectly cooked) and my wife had the arctic char. We also had a nice bottle of Pinot Noir. I was impressed with the wine list and I had a long conversation with Marco the owner about his wine list. He is very knowledgeable in this field and his wine list proves it. To finish we had some home made cookies for desert and Milena the lovely barista surprised us with delicious specialty cofees. Can't wait for the summer to enjoy a meal on the patio at this place
Kleinburg has a new coffee shop Caffe al Volo .The front part of Avlyn Gardens Restaurant restaurant was transformed into a a stylish coffee shop that serves quick breakfast and lunches. I had the opportunity to stop by with coworkers for lunch and we were all impressed by the food and prompt service. I had the rolled up pizza sandwich with sausages and rapini and the home made truffle parmegianno chips Very tasty. Also shared some fried calamari and they are the best in the area. They also serve salads, pastas and some meat and fish choices. I was surprised to find a nice selection of italian artisan beers on their menu. Desert was also impressive, home made cakes and cookies to go with a wide selection of coffees.
Great little cafe with excellent coffee and pastries Also can host upto 55 people for private functions.
Absolutely fantastic food! Great beer, coffee, desert and most importantly food! In a larger group, we tried the pastas and foccacinas and they were all
Margarita pizza was delicious and prompted us to order another pizza (Sopressata, red pepper, black olives- not shown). The crust is fluffy and light. Service was great! Would come again.
