Actually we didn’t expect much from this place but we were pleasantly surprised. The dip was very tasty, rich in flavour. We rarely eat deep fried food but their tofu stick were really tasty and that sauce that came with the dish worked very well with tofu. Udon noodles were simple but tasty too. We had the Japanese udon noodles and after asking they put some fried tofu on top which was really good.
By coincidence we ended up in this restaurant bar right next to the canal. We found out that they had quite few vegan options! We tried the humus with pita and baked tofu sticks as appetizers, really nice! As main we took the Japanese Udon noodles, they were really good! There are also other dishes: muhammara with pita, pumpkin dumplings and vegetarian plov.
I liked the tofu sticks the most. The hummus with bread is also fine, although it's a little sad the bread isn't preheated or baked. The wok is delicious, but has extreme quantities of oil. The location is great.
Nice place with a terrace right by the river. The food was tasty. We got unlucky with inpolite service, but the rest was good worth a try. Updated from previous review on 2021 07 14
