Bierhaus zum Augustin

Bierhaus as it should be. Good beer, food. Friendly and when the weather is ok, go sit in the inner garden !!! Be sure also to check the rest of the location.

Probably the Haus with the biggest beer selection in Klagenfurt, not that it says much. Price are decent, service is a bit slow I ended up with a bill on 8,40€ for two beers and said “auf neun bitte” and have a 10€ Note. The waiter replied “danke und auf Wiedersehen” I am not gonna argue for 1€, but really is this a the way to go? I’m not sure it’s a Wiedersehen for me

30/8/2021, 1745, T21. Unfriendly staff, ordered a portion of bread more without asking. He definitely had a bad day and being scolded by another staff. Food was extremely terrible. I got food poisoning right after eating. I had to go to the bathroom once every hour until the next morning. It was the worst Austrian Restaurant I have ever had! I would have given a -5 if possible... sorry, but I would not recommend this restaurant. I would never coming back again!

The house beer and käsnudeln were good, but it was annoying that the waiter claimed the kitchen was closed while it was before 22 and meals were being delivered around. On top of that, the waiter made us tip him without asking (by putting a larger amount on the card machine).
