As local residents, we absolutely adore Beach Pea! We're frequent visitors, drawn in by their scrumptious breads, sandwiches, and delightful sweets. Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Mariah and Zack to arrange a dessert bar for our wedding. Mariah hosted a wonderful tasting session that offered an incredible variety of options. We thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with different flavor combinations and crafting our menu with their expertise. On the big day, they truly exceeded our expectations by delivering and setting up a stunning dessert bar. It was not only visually impressive but also incredibly delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more wonderful selection of treats for our guests. The pastries here are excellent. We tried three different cookies, a blueberry and strawberry tart, a trifle, iced coffee, and a brioche bun. Everyone enjoyed everything, but the fruit tart was my absolute favorite.

Charming little spot with a variety of delicious treats! We tried the lemon bar and the ginger snap lemon cookies, both of which were fantastic! There are lovely indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. The staff was quick and attentive.

For those of us who have supported and love Beach Pea for their entire existence I am saddened to say my last 3 trips have brought me to the point of not returning. The quality of the baguettes, desserts, etc has so declined. I know everyone has supply and staffing issues but Beach Pea's past quality is a sad thing to have been lost. They have been the go to for many delightful years of bakery enjoyment. I do hope things turn around soon. I have other Kitteryfriends who have left and are choosing to not return. Best of luck and I do hope you find your groove back! It is very disappointing to see this change.

I have gone here for years! The roasted veggie sandwich is out of this world. The cookies are delicious as well. Always busy because everything is yummy!
